As acknowledged by numerous architects, KERATERM ceramic construction blocks are eco-friendly, durable, and provide excellent insulation for exterior walls. They ensure high energy efficiency and significant thermal inertia for buildings. Due to these properties, they were used in constructing the Limbaži swimming pool, a project designed by the firm “MARK arhitekti.” The project of a swimming pool in Limbaži originated in the 1990s but only came to fruition in 2020. The pool is part of the Limbaži Olympic Center, visited not only by students from the adjacent school but also by professional athletes and local residents. In the building’s construction, sustainability, energy efficiency, and reducing operational costs played a crucial role. The choice of KERATERM blocks alone confirms that they perfectly fulfill their functions, moreover, they do not produce harmful waste and do not pollute the environment.
