We are pleased to announce that the Lode Group has grown: the American clay mining and processing company Cedar Heights Clay, LLC is now part of the group. 

Based in Oak Hill, Ohio, USA – a region renowned for its high-quality clay deposits – Cedar Heights Clay has been mining and processing natural clays since 1924. Its range includes earthenware, stoneware and fireclays, among them the well-known RedArt and GoldArt clays, which are used in the production of refractories, bricks, tiles, pipes and ceramic products, as well as in ceramic art. In the United States, the products are sold through a network of authorised distributors. 

The new company adds to the Lode Group’s knowledge and experience in clay extraction and processing – the same foundation on which LODE’s Liepa and Āne plants are built. We share the same values – a commitment to natural clay and high quality – and look forward to exchanging experience.
