In Kalnėnai, a neighborhood located a short drive from the center of Vilnius, an impressive residential complex comprising 90 cottages is being developed. This project combines aesthetic design, sustainable building practices, and a focus on residents’ well-being. We are proud that LODE KERATERM blocks have been used in the construction of the houses, which not only guarantee a high quality of structures but also provide excellent heat insulation and a healthy indoor climate. 

Each unit in this project has been meticulously designed, offering up to 135 m² of living space and landscaped gardens. We eagerly anticipate the project’s completion and are thrilled that construction blocks made in Latvia are contributing to the creation of sustainable and modern homes with a healthy environment.
